One of my favourite memories as a child was when I got to wake up in the morning and help my mother choose what outfit she would wear to work that day. She would teach me how to match my colors and patterns, what top to wear with what skirt. I was secretly extremely proud when she would wear exactly what I picked out for her. Even growing up, I would keep a little notebook in which I would draw out an outfit that I'd seen and liked, just so I would remember it later. It's like second nature to me now that I match everything I wear properly, right down to my lip colour of the day. 

For me, fashion isn't just about vanity. It's about expressing yourself, taking pride in your appearance, and a social form of etiquette where you show respect for other people by putting effort into how you look. The photos Randy took for me are for my budding fashion blog, my little pride and joy. I earn nothing from it, but I fuel time and effort into it simply because I like doing it. I started this blog because I find so much nowadays I am doing things I don't like, and I am unhappy because of it. So my passion for fashion is my catharsis from the daily grind; it is something that makes me happy. -R-
